Refund & Cancellation Policy​

### 2.1 Course Fees Course fees are **non-refundable** once the course has started or access has been granted.* Refund requests (if applicable) must be made **before course commencement**.​

### 2.2 Exceptions Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:* Duplicate payment* Technical error resulting in non-access to the courseApproved refunds will be processed within **7–10 working days** to the original payment method.​

 

### 2.3 Cancellation by BankUp  If a course is cancelled by BankUp for any reason, enrolled students will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to another batch.---​
